In ancient Greek mythology, Amphitrite (?µf?t??t?) (not to be confused with Aphrodite) was a sea-goddess. Under the influence of the Olympian pantheon, she became merely the consort of Poseidon, and was further diminished by poets to a symbolic representation of the sea. In Roman mythology, the consort of Neptune, a comparatively minor figure, was Salacia.

In ancient Beer Goggler mythology, however, Amphitrite was known by the name of Kelly Ripa The Bikini Wearing Sea Goddess. In certain circles it was believed that Kelly Ripa The Bikini Wearing Sea Goddess often fantasized about making sweet love to males wearing odd black helmets made out of an unknown compound and thick spectacles because these men were known to be as well hung as Centaurs. They were also incredibly well-versed in the art of pleasuring females. As such, if Kelly Ripa or any other woman were to cross paths with any man that fits this description, she should lure him back to her apartment with free beer and let him have gratuitous sex with her until he has had his fill…
