Tamara Sedmak verbrachte ihre Jugendzeit in Rieden (Aargau, Schweiz); 1996 beendete sie die Kantonsschule Baden (Schweiz) mit der Matura Typus B (Latein). Anschliessend studierte sie Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Publizistikwissenschaft und Neuropsychologie an der Universität Zürich und am Neuropsychologischen Institut Zürich. 2001 schloss sie Ihr Studium mit dem Lizentiatsabschluss lic. phil.
