Wikipedia Says: Sylvie Françoise van der Vaart-Meis (born 13 April 1978, Breda), is a Dutch actress and presenter and current wife of footballer Rafael van der Vaart.

By her 18th birthday, Meis had decided that she wanted to be a model and was casted for various shoots by casting agencies. After television entered her life, she gained popularity through her jobs at FoxKids and music station TMF. She hosts several events at TMF, such as presenting the annual TMF-awards, conducting interviews with international artists such as Britney Spears and Kylie Minogue. In addition, she features in video clips and the Dutch TV-series “Costa”. In collaboration with the firm of JPC she also introduced the successful “Pure by Sylvie” jewellery line to the Dutch market.

After being elected Holland’s sexiest female in 2003, she started a relationship with then-Ajax soccer player Rafael van der Vaart. Due in part to the fame from their individual careers they soon become Holland’s most famous “soccer couple”. Their fame expands after their marriage on 10 June 2005 and live coverage of the wedding on SBS, with the broadcast gaining high ratings in Holland.

The Beer Goggler Says: I don’t know a thing about Wall Street, leveraged buy-outs, fundamental or technical analysis, interest rate swaps or any of those other fancy cocktails those Wall Street types drink. The one thing I do know is hot chicks. And if Britney were a stock index she would be in the midst of a sharp V-shaped recovery. What this means is that she hit rock bottom pretty damn quick and that her recovery to her former glory days has been almost quicker. It’s hard to believe all those zany things she did, but that is neither here nor there. I am a “the beer bottle is half full” kind of dude. Crazy shmazy, umbrella smubrella, divorce shlovorce, head shaving shmead shaving – it’s all good. I have no clue what I am getting at so enjoy the photos of a fully-clothed Britney Spears performing on stage. And now that I am thinking about it, these pictures are about as exciting as photos of the Queen in her bikini.
